License Agreement
This License Agreement sets the rules for how you may use Oura Supply components, templates, code snippets, and related resources (the “Items”). By accessing or using the Items, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Items.
Definitions
a. “Items” means components, templates, code snippets, design files, and related resources made available by Oura Supply.
b. “User” or “Licensee” means the individual accessing, downloading, or using the Items.
c. “Licensor” means Oura Supply.
Grant of License
Oura Supply grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, edit, and integrate the Items in unlimited personal and client projects. This license allows modification and combination with your own work, but it does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights.
Permitted Use
a. Use the Items to create end products for personal or client projects.
b. Modify and adapt the Items as needed within those end products.

Restrictions
The User may not, under any circumstance:
a. Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, loan, gift, or share the Items, whether modified or unmodified.
b. Do not upload the Items to marketplaces, libraries, repositories, or file-sharing services.
c. Do not use the Items to create competing products such as component libraries, template packs, or code generators.
d. Do not recreate or port the Items to other platforms for distribution or resale.
e. Do not use automated methods to scrape, clone, bulk export, or harvest the Items.
f. Do not remove or alter proprietary notices or watermarks.
g. Do not claim the Items as original work without meaningful transformation and added value.
h. Do not use the Items to train or improve AI models or datasets.
i. Do not use Oura Supply name, trademarks, or logos without written permission.
Third-Party Content
a. Some Items may include or be inspired by third-party materials such as frameworks, plugins, icons, stock media, or snippets.
b. Oura Supply does not claim ownership over third-party materials and does not grant rights beyond those of the original rights holders.
c. You are responsible for complying with any third-party licenses and replacing demo assets in production unless you hold appropriate rights.
Intellectual Property
All original Items remain the intellectual property of Oura Supply. No ownership, title, or exclusivity is transferred, and multiple users may license the same Items.
Attribution
Attribution to Oura Supply is appreciated but not required unless specified for a particular Item. Attribution must not imply endorsement.
Updates and Support
a. Oura Supply may provide updates or improvements at its discretion.
b. Oura Supply has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
c. Items may be modified, replaced, or discontinued without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Items are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
a. No guarantee that the Items are error-free or will meet every requirement.
b. No guarantee of compatibility, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
c. No guarantee that the Items are free from potential third-party claims.
Limitation of Liability
a. Oura Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits or data.
b. Oura Supply’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Items, if any.
c. You are responsible for your implementation, compliance, and results.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oura Supply from claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the Items, your breach of this Agreement, or your combination of the Items with third-party materials.
Termination
a. This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach its terms.
b. Upon termination, you must stop using the Items and delete all copies.
c. Sections regarding Intellectual Property, Restrictions, Warranties, Liability, and Indemnification survive termination.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Changes to this Agreement
Oura Supply may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use of the Items after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Acceptable Use
a. Do not scrape, clone, bulk export, or harvest website content or Items.
b. Do not bypass or interfere with access controls, rate limits, or security features.
c. Do not engage in unlawful, harmful, or defamatory activity.
Intellectual Property
All original Items remain the intellectual property of Oura Supply. No ownership, title, or exclusivity is transferred, and multiple users may license the same Items.
Links and Third Parties
a. The website may link to third-party sites and services. Oura Supply is not responsible for their content or policies.
b. Referral or affiliate links may appear. Any compensation does not affect the price you pay.
